Different: A New Hope

1. Our Hope is in a God Who Loves Us

•God loved us while we were still sinners

•Jesus died for us when we were powerless and broken

•God promises to never leave us or forsake us

2. Our Hope is in God's Goodness

•God is good even when circumstances aren't

•Our hope isn't based on getting what we want, but on who God is

•God's goodness remains constant even when prayers aren't answered the way we expect

3. Our Hope is in God's Will for Us

•We were created with purpose

•God has good works prepared in advance for us to do

•Our purpose brings hope not just for ourselves, but for others

4. Our Hope is in God's Inheritance

•We have an eternal inheritance that cannot perish

•This life is not the end—resurrection awaits

•We look forward to hearing "Well done, good and faithful servant"
